To capitalise on the recent success of the CSR-funded development impact bond (DIB), the department of school education now plans to invite proposals for various programmes that can be run on the public-private-partnership (PPP) model to upgrade the existing infrastructure of the government schools and also to enhance the learning outcomes among the students.
