The Morbi collector on Saturday filed a private complaint of defamation against Trinamool Congress (TMC) spokesman Saket Gokhale and his associate Daksh Patel, hours after the former was freed on bail by a magisterial court here on the charge filed under section 125 of the Representation of People Act.
