A fresh Special Investigation Team (SIT) has now been constituted in the case of Kanpur dehat trader Balwant’s custodial death.Case of trader Balwant Singh, who lost his life due to excess torture in police custody, will now be investigated by the SIT headed by SP Kannauj.
