The Odisha Hotel and Restaurant Association sends a letter to the Chief Minister urging him to investigate the safety and security of foreigners in the wake of the mysterious deaths of two Russian tourists in two days at a hotel in Rayagada district. They say that the deaths of the two Russian tourists under unusual circumstances should be properly investigated and that this may dent the government's efforts of revival of the foreign tourist arrival in Odisha.
