Villa wasted all that Premier League money and were dreadfully ran for years and years.
They were on there knees when the new owners arrived and very close to literally going out of business.
All those extra years in the Prem and parachute money counted for very little, they were in a worse financial state then we were when Radz took over.
If Villa are 2-5 years ahead as you say it has nothing to do with there Prem history (they were going into admin in 2018).
It's because there owners pushed on.
Doesn't matter they have had advantages we haven't as have a lot of teams...
