PRINCE Harry sensationally confesses to snorting cocaine several times in a shocking memoir that last night rocked the Royal family.
In his explosive autobiography, he also admits smoking cannabis at Eton and experimenting with magic mushrooms.
The book, which plunged Buckingham Palace into crisis mode, reveals how:
- HE lost his virginity to an older woman in a “grassy field” outside a busy pub.
- CLAIMS to have killed 25 Taliban fighters while serving
- in Afghanistan — and reveals how William knocked him down in his kitchen during a row over Meghan;
- SAYS Meghan accused Kate of “having baby brain” during a row over their wedding;
- CALLS William his “arch-nemesis” and describes his brother’s “alarming baldness”;
- CLAIMS he and William pleaded with Charles not to marry Camilla; and
- HEARTBREAKINGLY recalls Diana’s sister Lady Sarah McCorquodale giving him and Wills a lock of their mother’s hair after the her death.
William and Charles kept a dignified silence yesterday, but aides say they are deeply “saddened” by the onslaught.
Royal households were locked in crisis meetings as the claims proved to be even more astonishing than they had feared.
Blows rain down throughout the 407-page book, entitled Spare.
It is not officially out until next Tuesday but The Sun got hold of a copy accidentally released early in Spain.
Experts accused Harry of dodging responsibility for his mistakes — with him even saying Kate and Wills encouraged him to wear his notorious Nazi uniform to a fancy dress party.
In a new trailer for an ITV interview, to be shown on Sunday night, he is asked if he still “believes in the monarchy?” He replies simply: “Yes”.
Opening up about taking drugs, Harry writes: “Of course I had been doing cocaine around this time.
“At someone’s country house during a hunting weekend, I’d been offered a line, and I’d done a few more since.
“It wasn’t much fun, and it didn’t make me particularly happy, as it seemed to make everyone around me.
“But it did make me feel different, and that was the main goal. Feel. Different.
“I was a deeply unhappy 17-year-old willing to try almost anything that would alter the status quo. That was what I told myself anyway.”
He goes on to describe his experiences under the effects of magic mushrooms.
Harry described how his pals went to the fridge for a drink, writing: “While the door was open, we spotted a huge box of black diamond mushroom chocolates.
“Someone behind me said they were for everybody. Help yourself, boys.
“My mate and I grabbed several, gobbled them, washed them down with tequila.”
But it soon turned into a nightmare as he began hallucinating in a bathroom.
Harry said: “Beside the toilet was a round silver bin, the kind with a foot pedal to open the lid. I stared at the bin. It stared back. Then it became . . . a head.
“I stepped on the pedal and the head opened its mouth. A huge open grin.
“I laughed, turned away, took a p***. Now the loo became a head too. The bowl was its gaping maw, the hinges of the seat were its piercing silver eyes. It said, ‘Aaah’.”
