The new city BJP president Rajesh Dhiman will officially assume his charge on Friday. His first challenge will be the upcoming MC elections, in which the party is contesting independently for the first time. Dhiman has been associated with the BJP for the past 35 years, and has remained at various positions, including district vicepresident in charge of three cities.
