Love Island fans convinced they’ve worked out which old Islander is returning to show
LOVE Island fans are convinced bosses are lining up a big twist with an old star returning to the villa, in the wake of Adam Collard.
And they think they have already guessed who it is – Arabella Chi – after she teased a return to TV.
The model, 31, first appeared on the show in 2019, and set tongues wagging with her latest post – just weeks before the winter edition in South Africa kicks off.
She told fans: “Super excited for the year ahead coming back on your tv screens this month so keep your eyes peeled as you won’t want to miss it.”
Her followers rushed to comment on it, with one person writing: “Why u coming back on Love Island.”
While another simply commented: “Love Island?”
And someone else added: “Back on the tv screens .”
Meanwhile Joanna Chimonides, 26, who was an Islander on season five of the hit ITV series, has also got fans talking.
She has jetted off to South Africa, where the new series will launch in just a matter of days, hosted by Maya Jama for the first time.
Taking to social media, the star shared a picture of a wooden sign with Cape Town written on it, before swiftly deleting it.
The new Love Island villa is located in the Ludus Magnus estate in Franschhoek, a 25-acre estate near Cape Town, South Africa.
It comes as former Islander Adam Collard, who has been on the show twice, hinted he wouldn’t turn down a return to the villa for shot number three.
He said: “If I can get two dog sitters probably but they haven’t rang us yet.”
ITV2 is days from announcing the cast for its Winter edition, the first that will be hosted by new presenter Maya Jama after Laura Whitmore quit in August last year.
The channel has begun to ramp up promos for the show, with a string of sizzling teaser trailers showing Maya astride a bucking bronco as she “takes love by the horns”.
