THE STRUGGLE to find the perfect pair of denim jeans is one most of us have been through.
They’re either too tight around the waist and baggy on the legs, or some other ill-fitting combination.
Luckily one mum claims to have found the world’s most comfortable jeans – and they’re less than £30.
Caroline, known online as @carolineallen__, regularly shares fashion tips with her 3,600 TikTok followers.
In a new video, the savvy mum shares her favourite pair of denim, after repurchasing them multiple times in eight years.
“It’s official, I have found the world’s most comfortable jeans.
“I’ve been wearing these for eight years now and I have tried a ton of other jeans for my job and I can honestly confirm these are the best ones – and they’re not expensive either.
“I’m a fashion journalist. I’m also a mum who completely lost my style when I gave birth so I have got you.
“These are the Ultra Fit High Rise Leggings from Uniqlo, they’re £24.90 and they come in loads of different colours.
“The great thing about these is that they look like jeans, they have the thick texture like jeans, but they are stretchy like leggings.
“Honestly, these are what you need to invest in today.
“Also, pregnant people, I have not forgotten about you. They do them in maternity fit as well.”
Shoppers can grab a pair of the bargain bottoms both in-store and online. Plus, they’re currently down to just £14.90 in the sale.
They come in five colours – green, off-white, black, wine and brown.
Fans loved the fashion fan’s recommendation, with the video gaining more than 295 likes and 25,000 views.
In the comments, some of Caroline’s followers agreed with her, with one writing: “Uniqlo does the best jeans.”
Although not all were convinced – one TikTok user was particularly upset they didn’t appear to have pockets.
They wrote: “POCKETS? No use without pockets. And the shape looks old-fashioned and dated you as a millennial instantly. Not for this gen-xer.”
