The city of Vadodara has hired an agency to monitor all calls made to the police control room. The agency is given the phone numbers that made calls to the control room every day, and is called up on almost every number to take the caller's feedback on their satisfaction on the response they are asked if their call was picked up immediately and if the receiver talked politely. If we get any negative response, the cop concerned is asked to explain the idea is to improve our service and address complaints quickly.
