Emmerdale fans predict killer betrayal as Caleb Miligan cosies up to the Dingles’ enemy

NEWCOMER Caleb Milligan has caused much speculation among soap fans since his arrival.

But after last night’s trip to the Dales, Emmerdale viewers expect him to betray his family alongside their biggest enemy.

Caleb was called to Home Farm during last night’s instalment of the ITV soap[/caption]

ITV viewers are becoming increasingly suspicious of Caleb Milligan (played by former Waterloo Road star Will Ash).

During last night’s instalment of the Yorkshire-based drama, the newcomer and successful entrepreneur was called to Home Farm by Kim Tate (Claire King).

In a surprising twist, Kim asked him to go into business with her as she’s determined to grow her empire, but there’s a problem.

Caleb has been adamant on getting to know his long-lost family since he first rocked up the eponymous village on Christmas Day.

However, the Dingles have a long and chequered history with Kim Tate.

Battle lines were drawn when Emmerdale tough man Cain (portrayed by Jeff Hordley) sabotaged Tate Haulage, convinced Chris Tate and police officer Angie Reynolds were responsible for the death of his cousin Butch.

The feud was also made acrimonious when Charity Dingle became romantically involved with Chris Tate and had a passionate love affair with his sister Zoe.

Love was, once again, at the core of all the drama when Charity’s daughter Debbie was seduced by Joe Tate, despite being warned not to get involved with a member of the family.

When their families finally appeared to come together, despite his initial plan to get revenge on Charity, Joe eventually did Debbie dirty by leaving her at the altar on their wedding day.

Overall, the Dingles and Tates have been at each other’s throats for several reasons, which include characters being framed from crimes they didn’t even commit.

What does Caleb really have in mind as he’s hellbent on helping Kyle Winchester who confessed to murdering Al Chapman?

While the clan can be expected to find out, Caleb has managed to keep the meeting a secret and attended a family party in the Woolpack.

The bash was suggested by Mandy Dingle as Chas was ready to throw away some out-of-date beer.

This was also an opportunity for the pub manager to make amends with the family.

All Dingles were in high spirits, forgiving Chas for her mistakes and bonding with Caleb.

But when Mandy wanted to keep the party going, Cain stormed into the pub, unhappy to see his half-brother at the gathering while he was absent.

Cain was fuming and branded Chas “a backstabber” as he refuses to trust Caleb, particularly after the latter showed his true colours.

Meanwhile on social media, fans are urging soap bosses to reveal what Caleb’s motives are.

“Emmerdale how long will we have to wait until they finally show what Caleb’s actually up to days, weeks, months. Omg not years”, one of them penned.
