Yes Bank had written off AT-1 bonds worth Rs 8,415 crore as part of the bailout in March 2020. A division bench of Acting Chief Justice S V Gangapurwala and Justice S M Modak on Friday passed its judgment on a bunch of petitions challenging this decision.
