On Thursday, Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee and BJP national president JP Nadda had sparred over allegations of corruption in central government schemes in the state, including PM Awas Yojana - which comes with a pucca house and a toilet - and the government's flagship rural job guarantee scheme, Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA).
