Khushi Dubey, the widow of slain gangster Vikas Dubey's aide Amar Dubey, made her first appearance in Kanpur on Monday after being released on bail. The police have installed cctv cameras at her house in the city's Panki area for security reasons. Dubey has a condition that she will have to go to the local police station every week to mark her attendance, but this may not be possible due to her lawyer's objections.
