The Greater Noida Authority is soon going to announce the results of the cleanliness survey for housing societies and educational institutions. The rules for solid waste management in Greater Noida will apply to these places under this survey. The bulk waste generators (homes and educational institutions generating more than 2 kg/day of garbage) were asked questions related to cleanliness, such as the quantity of garbage generated daily and if the same was segregated before disposal. The best five bulk waste generators will be awarded in both the categories of those topping the survey and those ranking second, third, fourth, and fifth. The rewards for the top five generators will be Rs 30000, Rs 25000, Rs 20000, Rs 7500, and Rs 5000, respectively.
