The BJP concluded a two-day meeting in Deoghar on Tuesday with a resolve to work towards winning the next year's parliamentary and assembly elections. The party leadership stressed the importance of "booth jito chunao jito" (winning elections by winning polling booths with delegates directed to highlight the works of the Narendra Modi-led government at the center and the failures of the Mahagathbandhan government in Jharkhand. The party will raise the burning issues about the respective Lok Sabha and assembly constituencies "while the electorates will ensure the consecutive third term for Narendra Modi as the prime minister in 2024," Amit Mandal, BJP MLA from Jharkhand's Deoghar district, said.
