A DAUGHTER decided to jump on the social media trend of giving her mom a makeover to look just like her.
And everyone couldn’t believe the results, with some even saying that the 59-year-old looked decades younger.
TikTok user Sophie Slutsky uploaded a video titled: “Turned my 59-year-old mom into me.”
The funny clip was part of the growing social media trend sweeping TikTok where children dress their moms up in their clothes.
Sophie, who can be found at @sophieslutsky, then shared the footage of her mom in one of the outfits from her closet.
The social media user recorded her mom wearing her normal clothes – a casual combo of striped tracksuit bottoms, a hoodie, and some slippers.
Her hair was also back in a loose ponytail, and she had her glasses on too.
However, the next time that people saw her mum – thanks to the magic of the camera – she’d been totally transformed.
Instead of her dressed-down look, the mom modeled an orange bikini with a tight-fitting, sheer orange dress from fashion brand Oh Polly over the top.
She used the kitchen as her runway, as she strutted her stuff in some beige heels and accessorized the look with a pair of hoop earrings.
Sophie wrote alongside the video: “My mom won this trend.”
As soon as Sophie’s 17.2k followers spotted the video, they rushed to comment on her mom’s new look, saying they were equally amazed.
Alongside the clip – which racked up 2.4million likes – one person wrote: “omg yes.”
A second person added: “Unreal.” And a third described her as “stunning.”
Elsewhere, another social media user said that the mom “slayed” and applauded her “energy.”
Others took their compliments to a new level, as they said the mom could pass for almost 30 years younger thanks to the new outfit.
One person commented: “59 going on 29.”
Someone else wrote: “Your mom is 23.”
Another TikTok fan was in agreement, as they added: “She looks better in that dress than I would at 26 anyway.”
And one more person said: “OMG slay, she defo won this trend, like 100%.”
