HELEN Skelton looked incredible as she stripped down to a bikini to pose for a picture with her baby daughter in a break from the Strictly tour.

The Countryfile presenter, 39, managed to take some time out of her busy schedule to hang out with one-year-old Elsie Kate.

Helen, who was runner-up on Strictly Come Dancing 2022, is one of the celebs currently starring in the Strictly tour.

The telly favourite headed to the swimming pool with her baby girl for some mother-daughter time.

Helen looked incredible in a black bikini as she held Elsie Kate on her hip.

She captioned the post: “Little fish,” with a love heart emoji.

Last week Helen showed off her rippling muscles in sexy black outfit as she straddled her dance partner Kai Widdrington on the opening night of the Strictly tour.

Looking to be enjoying the launch of the Strictly Come Dancing – The Live Tour in Birmingham, Helen looked towards the camera as she nearly did the splits.

She straddled her legs either side of her new dance partner Kai, after missing out on the Glitterball trophy alongside pro dancer Gorka Marquez last month.

Helen and the rest of the celebrities will be visiting other places in the UK for the tour.

They are due to perform in Sheffield, London, Glasgow, Manchester and Newcastle.

Helen shares her daughter with ex Richie Myler, 32.

The pair are also parents to sons Ernie, seven, and Louis, five.

Helen and Richie went their separate ways in April last year after nine years of marriage.
