Wayne Rooney begged KSI for Prime bottles for his son Kit’s 7th birthday bash
KSI has revealed even he struggles to get hold of his energy drink Prime after Wayne Rooney asked him for freebies.
The ex-England captain wanted some for his son Kit’s seventh birthday this week.
KSI, whose new single Voices with Oliver Tree is out tomorrow, said: “I sorted that out for him – Wayne Rooney hit me up.
“I sent him a bunch, but even I run out. I drink a lot of it and a lot of people ask me for it so I am always giving my own stash away.”
The YouTuber, who has turned his hand to music, boxing and business, added: “I think everyone needs to chill. It’s just a drink. You don’t have to be fighting people over it or selling it at stupid prices.”
Today, he has dropped a hard-hitting Amazon Prime docu called KSI: In Real Life, where he admits fame and fortune isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.
He told me about the film: “I felt it turned into a therapy session somehow, in what I spoke about.
“It got way deeper than I wanted it to go but it is what it is. That is why I’ve not seen it yet.
“I can’t be arsed to rewatch myself crying. It took on a world of its own but it is nice to let people know I am human. I’m just a guy. I don’t want to be put on a pedestal.”
IT’S A BIG TEAL FOR BRAD
BRAD PITT missed out on an Oscar nomination this week but it looks like he’d rather dress down than scrub up for a red carpet anyway.
The actor wore this teal onesie while out in New York, where he is filming Apple thriller Wolves.
Later he was seen in a slicker leather jacket alongside co-star George Clooney.
Brad isn’t having the best week, though. The film he was expected to be nominated for, Babylon, hasn’t performed as well as expected.
It limped to No3 at the box office during its UK opening weekend, making £1.32million compared with Avatar: The Way Of Water, which topped the charts and took £2.8million in its sixth week.
Brad’s epic period drama, which also stars Margot Robbie, had a budget of more than £60million, so he will have to hope a fair few more viewers get out to the cinema and see it.
MADONNA’s biopic has been scrapped, despite her spending months working on the script.
The Material Girl singer had chosen Julia Garner to play her in the film, which Madge was going to direct.
But it is no longer in development at Universal Pictures and has been put on hold indefinitely as she prepares for her Celebration Tour, which starts in July.
The film was announced in 2020 after Madonna learned somebody else was attempting to tell her story.
She said last July: “I’ve had an extraordinary life, I must make an extraordinary film.
“It was also a pre-emptive strike because a lot of people were trying to make movies about me. So I put my foot in the door and said, ‘No one’s going to tell my story but me’.”
THE KY LIFE IN PARIS
KYLIE JENNER and Kylie Minogue went head to head again – this time in the style stakes.
They famously battled over the ownership of their first name in 2017, when the Aussie singer emerged victorious.
This week, the US reality star wore this revealing black dress with front buckles for an evening out in Paris, where Ms Minogue was also dining out.
She looked a vision in blue after arriving in the capital for Paris Fashion Week.
The singer, who has been known as simply Kylie during her career, won the legal fight with the beauty mogul when she applied to trademark the name in America.
Pop star Kylie argued that it could cause confusion and risk “damage” to her brand.
In the US last year, she added: “I’ve spent a lifetime protecting my brand and building my brand, so it was just something that had to be done.”
MOUTH ORGAN MICK
MICK JAGGER has played the harmonica for more 60 years and now he is turning his passion into a business.
I’ve learned the Rolling Stones rocker is bringing out a range of licensed mouth organs today.
A source said: “He thinks his fans will love them.
“He has teamed up with his son Gabriel, and Lee Oskar Harmonicas, who are celebrating their 40th anniversary this year. Fans will be able to get their hands on them soon.”
Mick has played the instrument for decades and often whips out a harmonica on stage with the Stones.
Bandmate Keith Richards previously said of the singer’s playing: “Mick is one of the best.
“For some reason all my friends can play it but I use my mouth to talk, to tell people to shut up, or eat. My mouth isn’t musical.”
