CINCINNATI — To refute the defense's contention that the “dark money” scheme the jury has heard a lot about during the racketeering trial of former Ohio House Speaker Larry Householder was just Statehouse politics as usual, the prosecution on Friday called the general contractor who did about $140,000 in repairs to a Florida house the speaker later sold for $600,000.
