Taking suo motu action, the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (H-Rera) on Friday ordered the freezing of bank accounts of three affordable housing projects of Ocean Seven Buildtech Private Limited as well as a forensic audit of the projects for a number of violations of the Rera Act, 2016.
