A 28-year-old man was arrested on Saturday for allegedly raping an eight-year-old girl in her village in Kasna when her parents were not home. Police said the girl knew the accused, Deepak Kumar, who lived in a rented accommodation in her neighbourhood and worked with her father at a nearby factory.
