Love Island’s Davide breaks silence on terrifying attempted robbery at home he shares with Ekin-Su
LOVE Island star Davide Sanclimenti has broken his silence following an attempted robbery at the home he shares with Ekin-Su.
The 28-year-old was on holiday in the Maldives with his girlfriend when he discovered a group of men had tried to gain access to the property.
Speaking about it for the first time, Davide confirmed that police are now involved.
He told The Sun: “We had a feeling when we were away that someone tried to enter.
“This is also why some people don’t post when they are away but I am not scared of anyone. I feel like I would catch them and now everything is working its course.”
Davide went on to say it hasn’t changed what he will post online, insisting: “Everybody should be able to express themselves regarding what they share and don’t share.”
At the time of the incident, Davide shared a picture of the police involved and ranted: “We did not expect no maintenance when we are in the Maldives!”
The Italian added: “So stay far from our house Motherf**kers. Police is after you, F**k you piece of sh*t [middle finger emoji]”.
The reality TV stars, who won Love Island last year, also made sure people knew they are not to be messed with as he warned people not to “f**k with Ekinde” – their nickname.
Meanwhile, Davide is so smitten with his girlfriend he has even included a little tribute to her in his latest clothing collection with boohooMAN.
“We are showing a more personalised style,” he explained: “Even the jumper I am wearing now, it say Amore Mio, whenever I want to tell Ekin I love her, I call her Amore Mio. I feel like we put something more personal on it.”
