Tributes to woman, 31, found dead in house as man charged with murder & cops launch probe into horror assault
A MAN has been charged with murder after a women’s body was found at a property.
Cops rushed to the home on Primrose Terrace, Mill Hill, Blackburn, around 7.55pm on Saturday.
When they arrived they sadly found the body of a woman.
She has today been identified as Charlotte Wilcock, 31.
Anthony Stinson, 30, of Queen Victoria Street, Blackburn, has since been charged with her death.
There has been an outpouring of support on social media in response to Charlotte’s death.
One heartfelt tribute on Twitter read: “Absolutely heartbreaking. Rest easy Charlotte, thinking of all your family. You will get justice.”
Another added: “Sad day for her and her family RIP.”
Meanwhile, a third commented: “Christ sake – poor woman. When will violence against women stop?!!”
