Richarlison came on for the last 20 minutes and failed to make an impact on Wednesday night as Tottenham crashed out of the Champions League following a 0-0 draw at home against AC Milan.

 

The Rossoneri’s 1-0 win in the first leg was enough to get them through to the quarter-finals while Tottenham licked their wounds.

 

 

There is uncertainty around Tottenham due to Conte’s refusal to commit his future to the club, but it seems the Spurs boss is gradually losing the dressing room as well.

 

Richarlison did not hide his anger at not starting games and stressed that he is keen to hear what the Spurs boss has to say.

 

 

He insisted that he has been working hard and wants to play more football going forward in the starting eleven.

 

The forward told Brazilian broadcaster TNT Sports: “He didn’t say anything.

 

 

“Let’s see what he is going to say tomorrow but there are no fools here.

 

“I am a professional, I work hard every day and I want to play more minutes and time.”

 

It remains to be seen how Conte reacts to Richarlison’s outburst in the coming days as things continue to unravel at Tottenham.
