"Gold price premium charged by Tanishq in top 9 cities has reduced by about 50% (to 1-3%) due to the rise in competitive intensity from national and local jewellery retailers. We estimate about 20% of Titan's fair value in DCF is contributed by gold price premium, which is at risk now," ICICI Securities said.
