I keep having sex dreams about my co-workers and it is freaking me out
DEAR DEIDRE: I KEEP having sex dreams about my co-workers, customers and boss and it’s really unsettling me.
I don’t even fancy any of them, so why is my brain creating these images?
I’m 19, female and work in a large bakery.
I feel so awkward for the entire day after I remember these unsettling dreams.
It’s so embarrassing and I can’t even look at people afterwards – let alone talk to them.

It is not unusual to have dreams about sex at your age, because hormone levels run very high during our teenage years.
You are not in control of these dreams and they don’t mean anything and don’t constitute cheating, so try to let them go.
