Two weeks after Israeli settlers rampaged through the West Bank town of Hawara, many Israeli army officers and higher-ups have drawn their own conclusions: 'No one wants to act against it, and no one really wants to bring these criminals to justice... We know who led this disgrace in Hawara. We could go to their homes right now and get them.'
