LOVE Island hunk Chris Hughes has shown off his incredible body transformation on a shirtless snap.
The ripped lad, 30, revealed just how hard he has been working in the gym as he shared a sizzling shot of his torso with fans.
Chris, who starred in the 2017 series of the ITV2 smash, posted the flesh-flashing pic to his instagram, much to the delight of his 2.2million followers.
Displaying his gains during a break in his workout, he posed in nothing but shorts and socks while in the weight machine section of the gym.
Chris captioned the shot: “Be busy improving yourself, that you never have time to criticise others feeling fuelled and rested for the biggest week of the year, looking forward to seeing some of you this week.”
The sexy snap went down a storm with his fans, who shared their appreciation in the comments section.
“How are you not married with half a dozen gorgeous kids by now ,” penned one.
Another eager fan added some fire emojis and wrote: “Temperature has risen, my god your body is phenomenal, my type totally xxx call me up.”

Chris’ pal Jake Quickenden also gave his mate props for his progress.

Chris famously dated Olivia Attwood during his time in the villa.
The pair even got their own spin-off show on ITVBe but split soon afterwards.
Chris went on to enjoy a romance with Little Mix’s Jesy Nelson but the pair went their separate ways in April 2021.
