In Karnataka, a majority of claims of Individual Forest Rights (IFR) and Community Forest Rights (CFR) under Forest Rights Act (FRA) were being rejected causing anger among the tribal community members who are in a huge number in several districts including Mysuru and Chamarajanagar.
