A woman in her 60s from the Fatehgunj area of Vadodara city died due to a suspected H3N2 infection on Tuesday. She had tested positive for H3N2 in a private laboratory in the city a week ago, but the test was conducted using a kit that was not approved by the Indian Council for Medical Research (ICMR), said local civic authorities.
