Artyom Shkryl said: “We strongly hope that the first facility to make RDF will be finished at a waste processing plant in Grodno this year. Later on we intend to build centralized plants to make RDF in Volkovysk District and Krichev District. A facility to make such fuel is also supposed to be built in Minsk.”
