I thought I’d nabbed a bargain after buying Gucci bag dupe for just £47 – I was in shock when it arrived
A WOMAN who loves hunting for bougie items on a budget was left stunned when her latest dupe arrived on her doorstep.
Emily Smith regularly shares her favourite dupe finds over on her TikTok account, @simplyemilysmith.
In a recent video, the affordable fashion fan was left stunned by the Gucci dupe bag she picked up.
Emily revealed she purchased the bag from DHgate set her back £47.
A fraction of the price of the real Gucci Soho bag which retails for £1,230.
First Emily showed what the bag looked like on the website and then unwrapped the box.
The rose-coloured cross-body mini bag features the same leather tassel chain on the side and even a similarly embossed ‘Gucci’ logo across the front.
Emily showed the unboxing of the bag in a TikTok video so viewers could get a glimpse of her first impression.
When she opened it, Emily was visibly shocked by the bag which looked identical to the one in the picture – but had one small feature changed.
Instead of a similar Gucci logo embossed on the front, the bag came with an identical logo of the two G’s, making Emily one happy person.
Blown away by the quality, Emily even linked to the bag in her bio so that other’s could try it for themselves.
People were clearly impressed by the quality of the Gucci dupe.
Despite it not being identical, the bag was super similar for a fraction of the price meaning many saw it as a more cost-effective purchase.
One person wrote: “I bought this one before investing in the real thing and literally it’s so hard to tell the difference! Def a 10/10.”

Meanwhile, fourth added: “I have the black one and have worn it almost daily for over a year!!!!!! It’s the best cheapest thing I’ve gotten on there! WORTH IT.”
