Nazara Technologies has acquired a 73.3% stake in Pro Football Network (PFN) through subsidiary Absolute Sports for $1.82 million. The acquisition is a first for Sportskeeda, with the deal expected to help the website expand in the US by adding five million unique monthly active users to its portfolio.
