As noted in "Texas VA clinic removes 'Remember Our Veterans' metal cross after watchdog complains" (Web, March 20) the Department of Veterans Affairs recently bowed to the demands of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation by removing a metal cross from its military display in Austin, Texas.
