Take concrete measures for robust productivity growth
The 11th Malaysia Plan introduced the Multidimensional Poverty Index in 2016. It uses a combination of indicators to measure non-economic aspects of poverty, including healthcare, education, sanitation, nutrition and other general infrastructure that is needed to have a standard of living.
