It seems that residents will have to wait more before they can board the Ludhiana-Delhi flight. AAI officials said the private airline, which has been allotted the Delhi-Ludhiana route, is not likely to start the flight before mid-April. As per AAI officials, Big Charters which has been awarded the UDAN route 'Hindon-Ludhiana-Hindon' is likely to commence operation in summer schedule, but is unlikely to start operations on April 1, when the schedule comes into force.
