Shah e-inaugurated Sharda temple in the border area of Teetwal in Kupwara district of northern Kashmir stating that this is the first step towards the discovery of the Sharda civilization. Sharda Peeth, the ancient Hindu University, now lies across the Line of Control and devotees from India couldn't visit there since 1947.
