About a month after being arrested on the directions of Punjab & Haryana high court in contempt of court proceedings over disparaging remarks against the judges, Ludhiana city police on Wednesday lodged a fresh FIR against the dismissed DSP Balwinder Singh Sekhon and "legal expert" Pradeep Sharma for speaking out against the judiciary.
