Indian banks, especially Bank of India, Canara Bank, and State Bank of India, look attractive as the market losses resulting from the recent US rate hike will be crystallized in the upcoming quarter. Once this is out of the way, valuations will be on their side, but the US is close to peak and another rate hike of 25 bps is likely, leading to a hike in RBI's interest rates.
