I’m 6ft and plus-size – I’ve got rolls but I know I’m fat and hot and trolls won’t ever stop me wearing a bikini
A PLUS-SIZE woman has described herself as “fat and hot” and doesn’t care what the trolls say about her appearance.
Sel (@theequeenselin) the 6ft, self-proclaimed plus-size Queen, from Middlesbrough, regularly shares body positive content on TikTok.
The woman revealed that she has learnt to love her body and as a result, won’t listen to nasty comments from trolls.
In one clip, Sel wore a baggy jumper and claimed that her perception of the meaning of the word “fat” has changed.
She said: “I thought that fat = ugly.”
But after learning to embrace her body, Sel then noted: “Fat and pretty.”
Social media users were quick to flood the comments, sharing messages of love and support for Sel.
One person said: “All bodies are beautiful!”
Another added: “Fat = fabulous.”
A third commented: “BOOTIFUL BABY!!”
In another clip, Sel wore a bikini and said: “It’s time to start loving your body.”
She revealed: “Today I conquered a fear and wore a string bikini to the beach.”
Attached to her clip was an audio that read: “Don’t waste your life’s purpose worrying about your body.
“This is your vessel, it’s your house, it’s where you live.”
As Sel posed in her swimwear, she smiled and showed off her curvy figure.
Sel later explained: “It feels so empowering once you get over the anxiety.”
Sel also claimed: “Finally at a point in my life where I don’t care how much I weigh.
“I’m still hot, fat rolls or not.”
As well as this, in a follow-up clip, Sel also revealed that she doesn’t care what people say, as she has learnt to embrace the skin she is in.
She noted: “6ft tall, plus-size and still, I love my body.
“The goal isn’t to be liked by everyone, but to be respected by them, always.
“No matter your size, you should love yourself, be yourself and do what makes you happy.”
She also shared her advice for other women, as she added: “Remember girls, no matter your size, you are beautiful, you are strong and you are worthy.”
