Towie fans all have the same complaint as new series kicks off with bitter divide

TOWIE fans were left fuming as the new series kicked off tonight – with Dan and Amber once again on everyone’s lips.

The on/off couple threw a house warming party for their pals, but a few people didn’t get an invited.

Saffron, Harry and Junaid were all left off the guest list and wasted no time in branding their romance fake.

But those watching at home were not impressed with the conversation and took to Twitter to moan about it.

One person remarked: “Why’s everyone so bother about dan & ambers relationship? Everyone’s wants a bit of it #Towie.”

While a second said: “Omg are we really going to have another season of them all going after Dan and Amber seriously please get a new storyline #TOWIE.”

And a third added: “For people that hate Amber and Dan they don’t shut up about them #towie.”

Amber and Junaid were once close but their friendship hit the rocks when Junaid joined the ITVbe show.

And the feud has divided Essex, with Dani Imbert, Junaid, Ella Rae Wise and Roman Hackett in one corner and Amber, Courtney Green and Chloe Meadows in the other.

At the end of the last series, Amber broke down in a rare display of emotion as she admitted feeling insecure in her relationship.

She said: “I want to be in a relationship where people look at us and think, ‘Oh my god. You can tell they’re obsessed with each other. They love each other so much, they’re inseparable’. But I just don’t get that vibe.

“It’s not nice to have other people look at your relationship and give their opinions and say ‘You can see he doesn’t give a f**k. He’s not that arsed’.

“I just feel like he’s got a bit complacent… I don’t want to not be with him but in the same sense I’m not happy.

“I just feel like something has to change.”

Amber and Dan first started dating in 2017 and viewers have watched their ups and downs unfold in front of the camera.

The last series focused on their relationship as it hit a rocky patch after Ella Wise accused Dan of being “inappropriate” with her in a nightclub.
