"Today, Congress MPs came in black clothes to the House. Do they want to disrespect the law? Were they justifying Gandhi's remarks regarding OBCs or was this protest against the Supreme Court decision," Goyal wanted to know. "Where do we see black clothes? Congress is so demoralised that it has to take the support of 'black magic' now," he said.
