A joint team of CM flying squad, MCG and Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) impounded five tractor trolleys for allegedly dumping construction and demolition (C&D) waste illegally at HSVP land in Sector 29 on Wednesday. An FIR has been registered against the five trucks and penalties worth Rs 65,000 have been imposed on the owners.
