TIPRA Motha supremo Pradyot Kishore Debbarman arrived in Guwahati on Wednesday evening to meet Neda convener and Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma amid threat of launching a fast-unto-death by the Motha chief due to delay in appointment of an “interlocutor” by the Centre to discuss a constitutional solution for the tribals of Tripura.
