Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash share Love Island-style date night – as he ends up ‘sobbing’
STACEY Solomon and Joe Swash looked like they’d reached the final of Love Island as they enjoyed an enchanting date night.
The pair had a special reserved area at a £500-a-night hotel while her dad looked after the children.
A walkway to their private dining area was lined with candles after dark at the Jumeirah Saadiyat Island Resort in Abu Dhabi.
She posted both a gushing message and a quirky video – showing Joe in tears. Stacey asked fans: “Why are we like this? Biggest kids of them all.”
A filter made it look like the former EastEnders actor, 41, was crying, as she asked: “Why are you so upset?”
He replied: “It’s freezing. It’s so cold. Stop it, it’s weird.”
But Stacey later paid an emotional tribute to husband Joe, with whom she shares children Rex, three, and Rose, one.
The TV star also has sons Leighton and Zachary from previous relationships while Joe shares son Harry, 15, with ex Emma Sophocleous.
Stacey wrote: “Date night. For the first time in a very long time we had dinner together just the two of us.
“Well sort of, grandad & all the kids were in the hotel restaurant right behind us.”
The Loose Women star, 33, added: “Joe thank you for being the best dad & husband we could wish for.
“Sorry for the cheese but sometimes we deffo get stuck in the thick of it all and forget about us. To the moon and back Joe, forever.”
