LB Køkken
LB Køkken is a minimal space located in Copenhagen, Denmark, designed by Lumière Bricoleur. Danish design studio Lumière Bricoleur has crafted an at-home dining experience that rivals the ambiance of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Targeted at a discerning clientele within the interior design and architecture industry, this project draws inspiration from the intimate setting of a Japanese sushi bar and marries it with minimalist design principles. The focal point of this exquisite space is the seamless integration of the kitchen and dining area, achieved through an elegant opening reminiscent of a traditional sushi bar. This unique connection allows for an interactive dining experience, while maintaining a sophisticated atmosphere.
The kitchen features premium fixtures from Vermland, customized to complement and elevate the surrounding design elements. The carefully chosen materials lend a sense of warmth and refinement to the space, combining rich oak, intricate Japanese tiles, and luxurious limestone. These natural elements are contrasted with the sleek stainless steel finishes, striking the perfect balance between contemporary and timeless design. Lumière Bricoleur’s meticulous attention to detail is evident in the tailored appearance of the room. Illumination is an essential component of the overall aesthetic, and Lumière Bricoleur has artfully used Kvadrat textiles to create a distinctive lighting scheme.
