I went to Matalan & loved their Zara dupes – the clothes are cheaper than Primark & one section was the absolute best
IF you’re looking for somewhere to bag fashionable clothes at a fraction of their usual price, it seems Matalan could be the answer.
According to a savvy shopper, the brand has never had more stylish offerings hanging on their rails – from Zara dupes to one section that blows all the rest out of the water.
Regan Ellis had heard rave reviews about Matalan’s latest collections for Spring and Summer and decided to check them out for herself.
And the TikToker, who can be found at @reganellisx, couldn’t get enough of what she found, as she took her 201k plus social media followers on a tour of the best in-store purchases.
In a video posted to her profile, Regan explained: “I heard someone say that Matalan has got amazing clothes.
“When we got in there, the clothes were actually really nice.”
She then shared what she’d picked up, plus other great items that caught her eye.
Regan continued to show a bright, colourful co-ord set in a pink, yellow and purple design.
She explained how it would “look really nice for holiday,” as she also gave a glimpse of the other holiday season must-haves.
These included “really, really cute” beach bags from £10 each, plus a wicker style bum bag.
She said: “I saw this bum bag and was like, ‘that is going straight in my basket.’”
As she picked up a white and black v-neck light jumper, Regan added: “And all the clothes were giving me summer vibes.
“But then I saw this jumper – and, hear me out – it’s giving Zara vibes.
“Uggs, jeans, jumper, I thought, ‘that’s a really good look’ so I chucked that straight in.”
Regan then took the opportunity to shout about another discovery she’d made – the teenage clothes section.
She went on to say: “Guys, the teenage bit of Matalan – the teenage bit is where it’s at.
“It goes up to age 16 and I’m a size 10, and everything was fitting me”
The fashion fan then turned the camera around to capture the teen clothes, including cute seamless sets.
She added: “They’re giving Primark but cheaper.”
Summing up her shopping experience in Matalan, Regan said she’d got a huge haul for a small price and couldn’t believe her luck.
Meanwhile, her followers agreed the shop is majorly “underrated”.
One said: “I went yesterday, I was so surprised. I could have got so much, so many amazing things.”
Another added: “I literally own that white and black jumper – one of my faves.”
