The official Twitter account of Diablo recently altered its profile photo and shared the teaser of a new game, where it warns about coming of Lilith, all contributing to an announcement from Blizzard about Diablo 4 in the next days. It could also be revealed Diablo 4's launch date.

With The Game Awards 2022 showcase only three days away, more publishers and developers have confirmed their presence in the ceremony that will feature new trailers from their upcoming projects. Diablo 4 is one of the games which many insiders believe will be included in The Game Awards 2022, and now it appears the speculation was not unfounded.

Every day it's more likely that we'll be receiving an important Diablo 4 announcement. In light of the fact that The Game Awards is now only three days away, the announcement might just be made at the ceremony. While there's not been any officially confirmed information from Blizzard Multiple sources seem to be quite certain regarding this.

According to Insider Gaming, "this is still the case with over 100 journalists getting the chance to experience a behind-the-scenes presentation in addition to having an opportunity to interact playing the game. The embargo on the event and the hands-on experience will lift on December 7.

"During the ceremony, Rod Fergusson invited all presenters to view The Game Awards as they'll be making some announcements."Blizzard has confirmed that Diablo 4 is still getting Set Items, though you'll probably have to wait until after launch to play with them.

Game Director Joe Shely explains during a recent roundtable that reimagining sets in a manner that suits Diablo 4 properly wouldn't be feasible for the launch of Diablo 4 in the first quarter of next year, even though the  buy Diablo 4 Gold team is looking at having them included in Live service.
