A septuagenarian with several comorbid conditions succumbed to Covid-19 on Tuesday at District Combined Hospital in Sector 39. This is the first Covid-linked death reported in the district in over 10 months. On June 24 last year, an eight-year-old girl suffering from pneumonia died due to Covid-related complications at Child PGI.
